Welcome to TechExecForum.org
A few years ago, the founder noticed that finding a forum where CIO's/ IT Senior Executives could exchange ideas, enjoy a peer network, share technology/business expertise had become increasingly difficult. There were plenty of meetings and groups for them to send their staff to, but none that focused on issues of the top IT decision maker. It was for these reasons that the TechExec Forum was formed.
Today, the TechExec Forum, formerly the CIO ROUNDTABLE, is made up of over 100 CIO's throughout Maryland, DC and Virginia. The three Forum's meet monthly for breakfast, which offers the member's a platform to discuss common areas of interest and hear from experts across many technologies. The TechExec Forum members are comprised of Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Vice Presidents, and other top level IT decision makers.
The primary benefits that the group brings its members are:
- To enable strong IT and business alignment.
- To foster peer level relationships across industry and virtual market lines.
- To learn how others in similar positions are handling business and technology challenges.
- The freedom to share and get valuable feedback about projects, initiatives, and challenges with each other without vendor involvement.
